This weeks Focus is on the Elk Cove Winery founded in 1974 this family owned Winery is one of Oregon's oldest producers, known for their outstanding Pinot Noirs. We just received our allocation of the 2000 vintage. The wine country in Oregon is riding high with this their third Outstanding Vintage in a row. Of the last three vintages '98, '99, the 2000 just may prove to be the best of the trio, the wine have great color extraction with a harmonious balance of fruit and structure.
